The problem with Trillian, though, is that being a jack of all trades, it misses out on the features which make each service unique. For example, no custom emoticons, voice clips, etc, for MSN, no sending folders for AIM, and whatever else I missed, not to mention a non-default emoticon set which makes it hard to tell if whomever you're talking to sees the message in the same way. But if you don't give a damn about those things, by all means, go with Trillian.
