Detailed Weight Cut
So I'm about to start another weight cut, as I'm getting pretty close to 170lbs and I want a break from the ridiculous amount of eating I've been doing for almost an entire year.
I thought since I pretty much know exactly how the next 12 weeks are going to go, I'd post the information here so people can see what my daily intakes will be as I start to lean out. The information I'm about to list is assuming my weight drops at the same rate it has during my last 2 weight cuts. If anything is different, I will adjust and update the thread accordingly with the actual macros in comparison to what I had originally listed.
Week 1:
Protein - 167g
Carbs - 392g
Fats - 74g

Week 2:
