Part of the issue is that I feel there are some fairly significant discrepancies in the 10-30 range generally (there are some songs that should probably be moved significantly up or down), but The star hill feels a little easy for a 16. Most of the songs in the 15-16 range feel a bit harder (a couple significantly so), so I'd suggest knocking it down a point.
