Interactions fmpov means

1. Asking questions.
2. Developing something that is being talked about.
3. Answering questions.

"I think this is t/t" doesn't count as a development.
Explaining why you think something is t/t in details is a development.

fmpov, tiloco/DBP/FreezinIce/Manti/Tokzic/LightKnight are all somewhat here.
