Note- I am modifying old Rate quests to have a different bonus requirement than "Do the thing on a random faster rate." Any previous packs achieved will stay marked as cleared, but the bonus will be changed for anyone going forwards who hasn't achieved it yet.

I am also requiring replays on more submissions than before, so please check for future submissions. Practically anything with mods needs a replay to confirm the default noteskin. Some noteskins trivialize the difficulty of certain mods, and this is the rational for requiring the default noteskin.
