EDIT: It's Tabasco. I went to check it out. They have one of two awesome items that I knew they'd have for sale up there. They don't sell PPDs, but they do sell Gao drills for 4k.
I bought a dozen.

In case you're wondering, there's a glitch in the numbers causing it to look like it's adding up to more than it should. The base AP is 500-something.
Also, what that all means is that whenever she hits an enemy, she'll do +1,439 physical damage (this is added onto about 2-3,000 base AP) and 1,582 Soil (magic) damage.
Which means whenever she swings that sword, she's probably doing about 8000 base damage. Skill damage? 20-30,000. Critical Skill damage? 30-45,000.
Mm... considering I do 3,000 skill damage, this is quite a lot.
