Hitting up-down trills is tough on raised keys - try using two fingers to hit them (index for down/middle for up). If you have a flat keyboard then just slide your middle finger up and down - it's what I do and it works on all but the fastest trills.

Yeah I always hit the [23] jumps with one finger but it's still not easy. I haven't tried hitting up-down trills by sliding my fingers yet. My laptop has flat keys so hoepefully I will be able to perform the trills decently. Thanks for the advice :3
