This can be for real money too if anyone is willing to play for real money.
I live in the US for now. Can't play legally for money and can't set up the games legally either. And I won't. Maybe if we want to play for real we could say this game is for "x" dollars. And we handle transactions outside of PS. But then again we could still get in trouble for that I think.
