Default Fitness Subforum Rules

General rules:

1. Derogatory remarks will be taken very seriously here.

Fitness is all about improving your lifestyle and overall wellness/health. However, we all have to start somewhere. In this subforum, people may share very personal details or unflattering pictures of themselves. Mean-spirited or pessimistic remarks will simply not fly here. This is meant to be a positive space where people can engage each other with maturity, intellectual/emotional honesty, and positive mental attitude. Improvement is the name of the game. Constructive criticism and disagreement are, of course, allowed -- but do it respectfully.

2. No discussion of how to buy or sell illegal / banned / controlled substances.

http://list.wada-ama.org/ is a good place to check against.

Posting and or discussing sources of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

3. This is not a medical advice forum.

It's okay to talk about such things (e.g. "Can I lift with a hernia?"), but ultimately you should go see a doctor.

Failure to heed these rules (especially after being warned or reminded) may result in a ban. If you want to troll or shitpost, do it somewhere else.

Other than that, everything else is pretty much common sense and bound by the same rules as the rest of the site.
