When I played GET OUT OF MAH DRIVEWAY, it was clear that your file had the loose amorphous feel of some of the earliest old-school files out there. I certainly was not naive about a different style of stepping, but that still doesn't give a free pass to accept the file. The chart was -beyond- "undertechnical". Any sort of nostalgia factor is grinded away by the characterization of the chart itself. I didn't have any problems with the music.
That being said, if you were drunk making this file, then it's hard to tell for sure what you were thinking. *shrugs*

Also, you do not have to comply to every aspect of criticism: if you think that your fixes are turning the file into something you're not satisfied with, try a different approach or simply don't submit. There are times when I didn't bother resubmitting my rejected files for that reason.
