And yeah, lower divisions so empty right now. D1 was dead in the OT already so no wonder it's even deader now, but I'd at least expect some more D2/D3 players

Regarding the updates to any changes in a division for a player, it will be looked at a few more times and will be determined where the most appropriate placement will be.
As far as getting D1 to D3 players (and some D7 players) go, either Deadlyx39 or I shall send some messages to them in hopes of getting some recruited.
