That's because Zageron was supposed to be making a built-in Video Chat through PC and that was a temporary link, to which he never completed VC.
I currently/still moderate/administer the FFRVC so you're always welcome to swing by through that link or through http://tinychat.com/ffrpartyy (i'd recommend the latter)
