I couldn't help but notice that you have the Aero theme enabled for Windows 7, which takes up a fair amount of graphical resources/memory if you have a lower-end laptop/computer. Also, have you tried using the standalone Flash Player executable? Many people on FFR have reported that Flash Player 9 has worked well for them, and the only engine that is incompatible with Flash 9 is R^2 (which is outdated and irrelevant with R^3 being public - that is, if you haven't used it).

I have not. Also, can find my way around the OS, but not give specs.
