If some of you guys would be so kind as to give me a decent critique for my file I would be really happy!

I've never really made anything out of my "comfort zone" bar Antipixel (which Mina did me a big favour and helped me out, though it didn't seem terribly well received) so getting an idea of what I did right or wrong would really go a long way into helping me make better charts. This is the first file I've made that I can't bullshit my way through so any help would be wonderful
