This has nothing to do with april fools, look at the other FGO files, winter wind etude has 1500+ boo FCs for example.

697 to be more exact, but seriously, I think party4u v1's the only file (aside from Grist) that I've actually booglitched my FC on because it's complete and utter crap (and it's a skill token so it doesn't affect level ranks), but yeah, I get your point.
