Blank space below the card art is reserved for Tier/description/stuff like that which hasn't been added in yet.

The image that's on the card right now is kind of a filler-image. Basically I thought it would be sarcastically fitting to have an image of the entire song in one screen. It's literally the whole chart of RATO sped up so much that you can see the entire chart within the view. If you really want my full art-critique answer of why that's the image on the card feel free to shoot me a pm :P if you think I should just change it anyways you can tell me that too :P Also, if you have any other ideas of what the card art could be that'd be cool too, I honestly have no idea what the art on the card should actually look like, I've been focusing more on the actual design of the card rather than the art for this one card.
