I didn't confess this in 2018 but mine would be Yuri Sakazaki from Art of Fighting/King of Fighters

Always been a fan of the genki archetype and Yuri is a pretty early example in gaming.

I got reminded DaBackPack said Mei Ling at one point though and honestly it's the only other pick in here I approve of.
