Re: One Good Thing / One Improve Thing
I like how something to do with empathy/my ability to put myself in other people’s shoes, gives me realistic insight into the experiences of other people. It helps me feel like I’m not making mindless choices.
One thing I will work to improve is confidence in my abilities. Little loops of anxiety before I do anything or before I can believe myself (if I’m counting something at work, sometimes I’ll dissociate and it’ll be uncertain if I know the right count anymore, despite seeing it in my mind), it takes my attention away from where it needs to be. I do have instincts I can rely on. I just need to learn to consistently listen to and love myself, because without the love I have little motivation to listen.
