I've only looked at one file in this pack and I wanna know what the deal with Doro no Bunzai is

It's like a really cool structured song with random dumpy JS spliced into it for absolutely no fucking reason, like it didn't need to be done like that at all rofl If you're gonna dump it you may as well dump the holds as well? I dunno what the goal of this is. I can't even say it's low effort because the rest of the file actually looks really fun. Maybe I'll like it on a playthrough?

In the interest of being super fair: I was considering charting that one so I might be a bit biased here. It likely went over my head.
