I never said it wasn't viable. Many strange builds can be viable. Remember when Sunfires stacked? I was able to stack Sunfires and ult on people and win. I just like going with the builds that I've had better experiences with. Also, ganks happen despite wards. Chances are you're not going to able to ward the river, your tri-bush, and their lane bush consistently.

That's one of the main reasons I don't play GP. I mostly stopped playing solo top altogether since I work better as mid or AD bot.
