Alice in misanthrope's token requirement has been adjusted to the following:

Pass Alice's Garden with at least 344 perfects and at least 172 max combo.

The main difference here is that now you no longer need exactly 172 max combo. This means any score that is better will be satisfied; playing normally and getting an AAA satisfies the new requirement for example.

The way I see is that by sending a chart to FFR you are implicitly agreeing to how the game uses its content --- including anti-PA which is hardly a new thing.
Not that I don't consider it a nice courtesy to keep in mind individual stepartists' preferences given the community ran aspect of the game, but I believe you are giving up that right* once you submit something to the game.

* - I actually never checked if there are official terms of agreement for file submission written down anywhere.
