Possibly. It's difficult to determine that limit. See, too much under 30 makes the list redundant because it'll just include virtually every single active one hander on FFR. That makes the list pointless - it's meant to display the best one handers on FFR, and as of today there aren't enough active one handers to fill all 30 slots let alone enough to make a competitive list.
I may reduce the number of slots to 25 (or possibly even 20), but right now I am waiting to see how many other one handers come out and start playing before I re-configure the list. Good question, though.
