anyway, after downloading something from the simfile area, the song and the aimfile will be on your computer saved. If you want to get rid of it, go to the folder that you downloaded it in, click on the icon and press the delete key on your keyboard. This key is above the left arrow on most keyboards. It also has the letters 'delete' written on it in most keyboards.
