allow me to clarify about vigi vs blocker nk

if the public knows who the vigi is and wolfteam has a lead on the blocker then they probably go blocker everytime

ffr seems to not allow blockers to block themselves and vigi could be covered

the fact vigi shot the blocker is pretty funny and opens up worlds but im not willing to take most of them to the bank
