It's really helped me unlearn some of the poor behaviors i've held onto for years cast by the mistakes I've made in my life that I was never able to truly forgive

It's about learning to embrace the fuckups and seeing why they weren't worth being ashamed of. All emotion is weighed in a silly rationalization complex one way or another. We can't hide who we are, we can only delude ourselves and lose value. React how you want, I'm not your leader, I'm just offering some perspective from my sessions.
