I don't want to go myself unless there are literally 0 people who have no amount of interest in participating

voting will prolly be done similar to how it was done before like inD mentioned, where a separate thread is made and people may vote up to three times for a player of their choice

Fiction and mashi both cannot participate due to making the finals before and are at least to some nonzero level a part of the community (though fiction is at like .1% part of the community)
