Default Re: Depression/drugs

I think it would be in your best interest to stop using drugs regularly. I started smoking weed around your age and I think my short-term memory has been permanently affected by my smoking. If I could go back and start smoking at an older age, I would. because this is a problem that doesn't have a solution but I could have avoided it in the first place if I had known what would happen over time.

Have you actually used hard drugs? If so, I sincerely urge you to just quit cold turkey right now. It will only get harder the older and more dependent you become. I personally believe that it is incredibly difficult to overcome depression while using drugs. You need to devote all of your mind's energy to truly commit to healing and drugs take up too much of that thought space.
