Default Re: Kawaii025's Tournament of Randomness

PLOT TWIST:

In Elmerz' profile picture, Elmerz is neither the gentleman with the Santa hat in the center of the photo, nor the cheerfully inebriated individual wrapping his arms around the Santa gentleman.
Neither is Elmerz the dude standing off to the right, shaded out by the bad lighting and hardly visible in his attempt to give a toast to his own future.

"Ah", you say, "what a simple plot twist. If Elmerz is not the Santa gentleman, the inebriated individual, or the dude in the dark, then Elmerz must then be the cameraman!"

You are wrong. Elmerz is not the cameraman, who skillfully captures this masterful photo while extending his hand extends outwards into the photo and towards the Santa gentleman.

Elmerz... well, to know who Elmerz truly is, one must zoom further out of the photo, to a point behind the camera and cameraman, in which the entire scene in question is portrayed. Here, we see the events described above: Santa gentleman, inebriated individual, dude in the dark, cameraman extending his hand into the photo aaaand CLICK, a masterful photo seemingly captured in one take.

Now, rewind time a little. Ah, HERE we can see Elmerz. Slightly behind and to the left of the cameraman, berating him for a terrible picture, and chiding the three subjects for their terrible poses and expressions. He makes them retake the photo two, three, sixteen times before he is satisfied! The inebriated individual is now held steady, ecstatically leaning on the santa gentleman, who tries to maintain the poker face instructed of him by Elmerz. The dude in the dark, who was previously in the light of the flash, was forced out of it to provide a contrasting persona to the two centerpieces. The cameraman, who was previously taking shaky photos with two hands, is now managing to hold the camera steady while extending an arm towards his subjects.

"WHY", you ask, "are they going to all this work to please Elmerz, and how can they stay so cheerful after sixteen takes?

The answer is simple. Elmerz said six words to them, and they were his to control. With six words, they could not be satisfied until they had achieved every desire they possessed, starting with this photo.
