My second transcension was worth 18 AS
Ive ascended twice and im at about 150k hs for my next ascension but i have a decent way to go before ascending again. I got lucky this time. I did a quick ascension after transcending for 7 hs, got lib and siy with only one reroll. Then i got solid relics for siy and lib within the 2nd ascension.
