Any word on if the new "pre-patch" will also cut down the experience required to get from 90-100? I believe they did something like that for Cata and MOP (That cata 84-85 was brutal for Twilight Highlands)

Also, is it true the Demon Hunter becomes accessible?

EDIT: I looked up the patch notes, and see the Demon Hunter will be accessible, AND that it will have a Tank specialization????? Really?
