I said I don't see many. That =/= I don't see any charts sub 90 that aren't catered to being harder than they should be. There's gonna be outliers in terms of "warranted difficulty" no matter where you look, but they are few in number. (warranted difficulty is subjective anyway so no point about really arguing about that, my opinion on warranted difficulty is a spectrum that changes for every song, and that spectrum can be quite large)

Rest of your post is related to opinion and I'm not attacking your opinion, I'm merely saying I think your premise that stepartists make files to screw people over is unfounded and likely based on personal frustration with one file.
