Seconding dragon warrior 3, it's the best title for the GBC that I've played IMO and it's not even close.

Sword of Hope 2 was a fun, if extremely antiquated game.

everyone already covered the wario, mario and zelda games. they are all excellent. although, even the first GB super mario land game is pretty fun too, id check it out.
