just dont fall into the trap that many people do when playing j7, which is to convert judgments into their j4 counterpart and accept them as such

if you sit there thinking about how all your greats are actually perfects on j7 and dismiss the issue you will gain nothing

the only way to make any visible improvement is to treat higher judge ratings like you were actually still on j4 and force yourself to play around stricter timing windows

e: and in this context moving from j4-j7 is far too jarring a gap to provide any useful vehicle for improvement beyond pure MA imo, which is why I chose the smallest increment to test
