The simfile in that video is cat's version, you can get it in Best of SS (191Mb) or SS 1st Style (176Mb)
I can't guarantee it but IcyWorld also charted this song and it might contain heavy jumpstream/handstream in it. It's in Mimo77725 minipack 2 (145Mb)
Other recommended ones are HST's cut version in F4 (203Mb) and Zaghurim's full version in his originals pack (130Mb)
