First part, not enough variation or substance (the first "interesting" thing is the glitch sound at 0:10, 10 seconds is a long time to go listening to the same sound)
I'd say to change the loop in some way all the time, volume, pitch, little glitchy noises, put a melody over it sooner, etc etc.

Once the bass kicks in its pretty chill, that part is cool.
