We've been changing the numbers around quite a bit due to people dropping out and such (especially D3 since literally nobody is playing). I didn't make the spreadsheet though so Carrot will have to sort this out and decide how many rounds we're doing. If it comes to it, we'll probably drop the final round since, as you've pointed out, there won't be enough people to participate.
