Local tournament? Kind of surprising considering your area. I mean, I would understand a local tournament elsewhere not having many folks running proper IVs/EVs, but you're in San Francisco, right? Some other dudes should totally be on board with that shit.
incidentally, IVs/EVs are bullshit and I hate that Nintendo is officially supporting people who exploit them
