Just for reference, we were forced to draw straws and get random people for the final 4, 2v2. I got the girl, and I basically had to play the game for her. She didn't even mega evolve her Gardevoir. On top of that, it couldn't moonblast a dragon in 1 hit in mega form.

I carried her so hard

Also, I was a little disturbed that everyone except me was running 4 attack moves, most of them with at least 2 of the same type.
