Haha when you talked about stepping a track from OFF I instantly though about this one! Even though it's not actually in the game, it's still part of the OST somehow, so I think it's just fine, it totally feels similar to the rest of the OST and I'd perfectly see somebody stepping "scrapped material" from, say, Ys or Jet Set Radio ??
Anyway, I'll be making gfx for it right now, let's continue this by private message >:3
