I've never heard of this one, but I'll be sure to look into it if it's a psychological like Higurashi.
Another suggestion I have is Karas: The Complete Collection. I've never actually seen it, but I thought it looked cool, and I've been wanting to watch it. It would fall under action or sci-fi I think.
