The "why would you play it on 1.1 though" types of comments are worded very poorly. Implicitly they do try to say that the file is already hard enough on normal rate, but it's not a good way to phrase a compliment.
That RATO 1.1 is ridiculous and beats most normal rate scores, but at the same time I do understand Staiain's thoughts towards statements like that
