Last bulk I did:
Weighted ab machine
Weighted crunches w/ a dumbbell
Hanging leg raises
I don't want to waste my time doing abs when they won't do much, but I can definitely give that a try. I think they're pretty much my weakest attribute. Blah :P

weigh in average for this week 168.8. Calipers giving me just over 6% BF, BIA gives about 8%. I would lean towards the latter.
