Yeah, for front lat spread, you will probably need to practice it in the mirror. It feels very strange at first. I start by raising my shoulders and pushing my chest out, then the lats just spread out as I turn my arms a bit and flex them.
When is the contest anyway Senip?
Weight loss has plateaued a bit lately, still at around 170-171, but it's mostly because I've been cheating a bit too much. Strength is still going up though so I'm not really complaining.
