Driver gets an hourly wage. Driver gets gas etc written off.

If they also charge a delivery fee, guess what, that was your tip. If I'm supposed to tip a driver for driving (And I woudln't tip the clerk at a pizza place that made me a takeout pizza) when they are getting an hourly wage for driving, why am I also being charged an extra amount simply because the pizza is being delivered?
