edit: In response to the whole "gimmicky" issue I see being discussed here, the pro-controller for the Wii U was made in response to that, for the gamers that maybe prefers not to use the tablet controller for gaming. The fact it exists like this means that there will definitely be games that do not require the use of the tablet controller.
