Remove all 90+ files from avrank calculations.

No, I'm not kidding. I think this would make FFR a lot more fun for everyone. Let's face it: for all but the very highest players (as in, high D6), ranks on those songs don't reflect skill at all. In fact, ranks basically reflect mashing ability, which we really shouldn't be valuing. Plus, to be honest, most of those files suck for scoring anyway. So by removing them we would make the average rank more useful, without having to make tons of tokens or take files out of the game.

Also, the really top players would be able to get a perfect 1.0 avrank without having to worry about really dumb charts like Crowdpleaser and RATO. 90+ files, even the public ones, would be more or less "just for fun".
