imo this case goes by how EP's case is. EP is fast and hard, and continues to increase in difficulty.
Then you get to the climax of 32nd jumpstream with a pretty consistent ~20 NPS, and a spike to 31 NPS in-between it all.

Here is where you can either do it, or you can't.

Hero Recondblahabsldh... is kinda the same.

While Sys. Doc. is manageable for a mid guru for the first half, and.. well, basically what Doss said,
"System Doctor's difficulty concentration is heavily focused towards the end and the middle where there's a lot of 32nd roll transitions while Hero Reconsidering has a more balanced difficulty across the file."
