I've typically seen Zak as a mid-D4 player that can occasionally pull out high-D4/low-D5 scores once in awhile.
Even I have Zak beat on a good amount of FMO's and FGO's, but that doesn't make me better than him.

My point still stands though that even though I have Zak beat on a few scores, that he is overall the better player. The point of all this being, that just because someone has you beat on a particular chart, doesn't automatically make them equal to or greater than your skill level (hence why I'm still ghosting D3A.)
