Well when it comes to competitive play for scoring purposes, two-handed playing is pretty much the way to go. If you were striving to play for scoring purposes, two hands is a no brainer. But there are still a number of people here who play one-handed either for fun, or as their own playing style. While you can't achieve scores that two-handers can potentially get, one-handed players are still proud of their accomplishments since it's a completely different way of playing that still requires skill. One-handed playing is only a roadblock if you're trying to achieve the highest scores possible.
