I wish. Low elo + jungler = lose (unless you're the jungler)

They sit in the jungle, never gank, and then your 1v2 lane gets gimped every time.

It's like a little rpg built inside the game itself. Everything else is irrelevant to the low Elo jungler. Team fight? Whatever, I'm lee sin, gotta get blue from golems. Gank top? Naw, wolves respawned.
